Just announced by FA that Hereford fc will play in the Midlands league step 5. Good luck to them.
And Salisbury FC in the Wessex league step 5.

New to the Southern League 1 south & west.
Banbury United SPL relegated.
Petersfield Town Wessex League promoted.
Slimbridge Western League promoted.
Bishops Cleeve were not relegated and a reprieve for Bashley.

Hereford in the premier division by the look of it. They will walk it. Saw a number of games last season - admittedly at the level below, as Highgate (technically the nearest NL team to me) pipped Bromsgrove Sporting to the title. Can't wait to see the Bulls at Tythe Barn Lane - a crowd! Hope it doesn't clash with the Martyrs playing in the Midlands!
