Bracknell v Mertbyr

Bracknell, eighth in the table, host fifth-placed Merthyr Town on Saturday (3pm). The Martyrs are hanging on to a play-off spot after just one win in seven matches. The trip to Berkshire and to Salisbuty a week tomorrow could be key to Merthyr hlopes of ending the season in a play-off spot, Chesham United are running away with the title. Merthyr have had two good spells in the season with maximum 18 points in August and maximum 12 points in December, but with only six wins out of 21 games in the other seven months this season.
Bracknell won 3-2 at Merthyr last month so the Martyrs will be looking for an improvement. Wiith the game at Winchester washed out last weekend, Merthyr will have had tiime to plot a winning return. Some regular supporters will be travelling by minibus.
