Player of the Season

Maybe a bit early for this but who are people thinking for Player of the Season.

For me it's easily Ash Evans

Scott Barrow has shown his quality throughout the season.

Adam Davies has been his usual consistent self.

Tancock has grown game on game.

Traylor in the early part of the season was outstanding but it is hard to keep up genius and flair for 40+ games.

The Qatari exile reckons that Keyon Refell is the best player he has ever seen up the park ( in over 15 years).

Big Mac at the Back has been a giant.

And Prosser is simply a hairy goal machine.

This last quarter usually sees Corey Jenkins shine.

But I think Rustic knows there is only one player of the season for me.

The only man that would try and take the ball of a lion of Longleat.

No one else has truelly stood out this season.everyone has had off and on games.
Been a very mediocre season for everyone.

Sorry but Marty the Zebra hasn't earned her stripes as far as I am concerned .

She looks a bit of a big head, has no stamina (doesn't last the full ninety minutes) has a poor scoring record and unlike Ashley Evans runs at the first sign of a Lion of Longleat.

I am going to start chants to make 'Marty's ass grass' and 'sack the herd'.

After all she hasn't added anything towards our 'survival' in this League.

Yes there is only one for me, bearing in mind what has happened to the two previous winners, one came back as the grass was not greener on the other side of the border, I will not use reverse phsychology and break up the Merthyr bards bromance, guess who?.

Well I have to admit you had been stumped at first Rustic with your selection.

I assumed you must have made your choice on ex-players day.

I realised it was too many letters for Vin Diesel.
