Re: Banbury v MERTHYR
Can't see any reason at all why Keyon's goal was disallowed. The keeper obviously didn't think he fouled and was seriously let off the hook.
Watching all of the highlights it certainly seemed like a one-sided game. Anyone watching that and not knowing who the sides were would think the team in white were the home team, we looked so dominant. I can't wait until 9th October to finally see another home game, the last game I saw was Cirencester on the 20th August!

Strange decision from the Lino.

Watch the keepers shirt, bottom right as you look, on about 15 secs in. It's pulled. Assistant stands with flag in left hand and indicates pulling with right hand. And no smutty comments, please!

I must say Taffia, your eyesight must be remarkable , as I cannot see the 'tug' even on freeze frame and you are talking to someone who has watched the film Basic In-Stink quite a few times .
It just proves a point trying with some officials it's like trying to get blood out of a Stone....

Saw nothing then - see nothing now.
Always work on the "reverse" principle:
* if the keeper did similar - would a pen be given? I think not?
* if this happened outside the box, would a foul/free-kick be given? Ditto.
Linesman made at least 3 basic errors inside the first 15 mins. Being an optimist I put it down to incompetence.

I think the fact the keeper didn't complain says it all!!!he was walking to pick the ball out of the net with his head down knowing full well the mistake he had made, don't think the lino could have spotted a shirt pull from his angle of view.

Just watched the West 'am v Middlesb' game on MotD - blatant shirt pull by the keeper. Surprise surprise nothing given! Wonder where Tuesday idiot is today, and whether he watched that. #consistency!
