Kerry Morgan must like playing against Penydarren - he scored three in the match there a year ago.

Re: MERTHYR v. Penydarren BGC
An experimental team against a young enthusiastic local side.....well worth the entry fee ....thought Patton put in a good shift last night and both he and Summerfield have bulked up over the Summer making them look even more solid and great prospects.
As usual, Traylor and Kerry Morgan sparkled like the magicians they are and both looked lively.
I also like the look of that new centre half at 5 ....albeit against lower league opposition.
I Hope Matty Harris can fill the considerable shoes of the Missing Leek and the effervescent Ryan Newman, as he has a great eye for a pass and a goal too from outside the box.
Looking forward to the new season - hopefully one of consolidation- after all - last year we were spoiled rotten with wins, goals galore and forum puns.....Boz
