Penydarren Park lease

Is there any information on the club's lease with the borough council on Penydarren Park? It was for 12 months which, I think, is now coming to an end.
Has the lease been extended or is there a new one waiting to be agreed? I don't think I have heard anything lately on the situation.

Discussions are taking place. When these discussions are complete, hopefully soon, the outcome will be published.
