Club shop update

6pm today is the deadline for bids on the signed shirt.

Well done Taffia! Cash please. You can collect the shirt before the game or at half time.

The end of season sale continues for tomorrow's game. Scarves, hats, mugs and pennants are all reduced and we've got the Supporters Direct t-shirts on sale for £5 each that were worn by the squad last week during the warm up.

My kids will probably insist I collect before the game, via 50/50, programme etc etc.

A cheque was sent to the club yesterday for £1,800. This is for the profit from the club shop this season. Another £200 is also due from another source so around £2,000 overall.

£200 of club shop stock has also being used this season for sponsors, raffles and events such as Stand Up To Racism and the Sports Minister visit.

During the close season last year we ran a supporters survey asking you what items you would like to see on sale in the shop. These were your top 10 answers:

Branded scarfs
Mugs
Car Stickers
Black & white scarfs
Pennants
Badges
Key rings
Caps
Posters
Pens

Other than the posters we have been able to source and sell all of these items over the past season. We have sold 30 ties, 150 scarves and 90 hats as well as over 80 kits. Since the hats and scarves started being sold on eBay we have had orders from as far away as Italy, Switzerland and even Dowlais.
