Real Radio Sports Phone-in

Anthony Hughes and Steve Williams will be representing Merthyr Town on the Real Radio Sports Phone In this Thursday!
The show takes place on Real Radio between 6 and 7pm. Please ring or text in with all your questions.

It came over as a very good publicity vehicle for the club with Steve Williams, Anthony Hughes and Jason Perry taking part.
I think Real Radio has done Merthyr Town a big favour with the two phone-ins they have held.It means that no other club at this level has had so much exposure. It also helps to spread the message outside the Merthyr borough.
Perhaps there could have been some more questions from the average fan, the people who tend to comment on certain mattters but don't take advantage of such an opportunity.
I did text a question but it didn't get a mention. Mine was: Where do you see Merthyr Town in five years' time and can we increase the fan base?
I suppose the answer basically lies with the hopes of the continued work of the club's supporters at all levels.
