Paul Michael remarks over defeat

Paul has remarked we have a problem in that we are not scoring so many goals as at the start of the season.we have relied a lot on Ricardo and now his goals are not come as regularly which happens to all strikers we feel the effects
What baffles me is we have a proven goal scorer in Lewis Powell who supposedly is on loan to cinderford
We need to know is he still our player if so he needs to be brought back if not the club should say so

As I’ve mentioned Lewis Powell’s scoring attributes many times already this season, ( although his record speaks for itself ) I’ll say it again. This ‘striker’ has natural scoring ability and would give us something different to what we have at present. In my opinion, he would chalk up at least 10-15 goals of his own in this league. I understand, he went to Cinderford on loan to get match fit after sustaining an injury. He has played several games there and believe he has scored more than 8 goals, so his match fitness seems to have improved. Something doesn’t seem right, that he hasn’t returned to PP. But, anyone’s guess is as good as mine. Honest opinion by Paul Michael again, but how many times has he said, ‘lacking quality in the final third?’ Mackenzie Thomas who worked on Media, has taken up a Media Assistant role at Newport County, so I can’t see much news coming from HQ for a good while, although Secretary, Jack Hodgkins has covered interviews for the last two away games.

The club has just announced the return of Lewis Powell, welcome back Lewis.

Thanks for the info. Must have read our minds, but it had to come. Hopefully, we’ll be able to get back on track.

I hope his Agent gets a signing on fee after all he has been advocating his return to the Martyrs for a while now. Hopefully it will be a pivotal decision in our season which has gone into reverse re recent weeks.

Any chance he could bring Adam Davies back with him too?

We need experience and specialist positional players both up front and the back .

Otherwise we become as misshapen as Kim Kardashian.
