Thanks for the updates.
Almost, dare one say it, the expected result. We're getting spoiled!
Good to see Scott Armitage got a goal - that means we've now got four players into double figures.
Four more goals needed for the 100.

Oldland beaten 1-3 at home by Bridport..., Devizes & Hengrove both win away: 1-2 against Westbury and 1-4 v Elmore respectively.

According to my calculations we now need 13 points from 7 games to be mathematically certain of promotion, although with our massive goal difference 12 points should be enough. So, 4 wins from 7 games - 3 of which are at home.

15 points to be mathematically certain of the championship (or 14 realistically). So 5 wins from 7 games.

Re: Roman Glass St George v MERTHYR
The pitch was absolutely awful today - bumps & bobbles all over the place. One corner of the field seemed to be a home for badgers - Wayne's chair nearly went down a couple of holes. Jonathan Newall probably felt at home.
It was virtually impossible to play any good football although we did manage to do so on occasions. Marcus sent over an excellent corner into the 6 yard box and it looked to me like an o.g. although the defender was being challenged by Craig Steins. Ryan Prosser scored a good goal with a right foot shot from about 15 yards which beat the keeper low to his right. For the rest of the half and for most of the 2nd we tried to build on our lead but continued to be frustrated by the poor playing surface. Roman did a bit of kicking and their #4 should have been sent off. Our Badger was the victim of one poor tackle which lead to him being substituted allowing Matthew Harris to revert to his favourite position of right back! Scotty scored after breaking into the area and hitting a powerful shot which seemed to go through the keeper's hands and Matthew scrambled the ball in with his right foot from inside the 6 yard box after a corner. Marcus's corners were hit excellently all afternoon.
An expected and well deserved win putting us a few more points clear. Hoefully we can get to 100 goals for the season next week in Elmore.

Re: Roman Glass St George v MERTHYR
Do we know if the first goal is going to be officially credited as an own goal?
Wales on Sunday give it to Craig Stiens (although it would be his 20th of the season not 18th):
