Hungerford v MERTHYR
Fantastic result for the lads who fully deserved the victory.
We bossed the match from start to finish and always looked the more likely to win it, and when we got in front there was only ever going to be one winner.
A great few days for the Town, after our cup exploits were done and dusted for another season, it was important we hit the ground running in a league sense and we surely did with 2 excellent away victories.
No we have the transfer that to PP and cash in on these away victories with a home result against Yate as that is followed by another difficult trip to Wimborne.
10 out of 10 last night for the Town with everyone to a man sticking at thier task with discipline, Traylor & Preen are unplayable at the moment, and long may that continue.

Hunger ford v Merthyr
For all those doubters...it shows that when the boys tails are up and confidence is high they can beat anyone. We do need to start scoring at home to keep the climb up the league going. A place in the play offs are a minimum requirement for such a talented squad of footballers. They are great to watch on form and now the cup distractions are out of the way lets get back to winning ways at home to recapture those fairweather fans ....it is December now and bloody cold enough to turn a football oval...and return to the division we belong in. Brilliant lads....keep it up.boz1964

Get in there
Absolutely brilliant lads, I'm still dancing after that result! Basically, we've got a superb squad of players and are well good enough for the next step up, even if we lose to Yate!
