WALTON MANAGER RESIGNS

Walton & Hersham manager Scott Harris, has departed the club with immediate effect. The club are currently in 7th position and are just 5 points off a play off spot. He offered his resignation earlier in the season, but was persuaded to remain. After ongoing restructuring talks between him and the chairman/board, communication broke down and although they were hoping he would stay until the end of the season, Harris decided against it.
