Another ex Martyr passes

Derek Bryant, a prolific scorer for Merthyr Tydfil when John Charles was manager, has died,aged 74, after a battle with cancer. He was signed by Charles after five seasons at Minehead. He formed a useful partnership with Nick Deacy, and was the only English man playing for Merthyr at the time.
