Harborough Town v MERTHYR (pre-season friendly)
1-1 after 10 minutes. Pross with the equaliser a minute after the hosts took the lead, with our keeper unsighted by a defender.

Sounds like another step forward in our unbeaten pre-season so far,
But conceding two goals ...was Hurley between the sticks again?
I look forward to the report from any attendee.

No report from moi other than details already published.
Harborough were a decent footballing side. Gave us a decent run-out, whilst always looking the league or so below they are. And great to catch up with the relatively small band of travelling Martyrs. Luckily managed to spot the change of k/o time as well!
Have to say, in my many years of following NL football, I've been lucky enough to visit a number of very friendly places. Harborough are up there with the best of them. A warm welcome from arrival to departure, and they seemed genuinely pleased to host us. Relatively new club I understand, a really nice set-up, that has progressed over the last few years. Best of luck to them for the forthcoming season!
