Board meeting minutes

Emailing of board meeting minutes are all members receiving these ???? It seems not I for one have not received any emails from the board!!!! Can who ever sends these mails around please ensure all members receive them

Evening Doug - the minutes are issued by the club to all members for whom we have an Email address. As you haven't received any of the 4 sets of minutes issued it's possible that we may not have your Email address correct.

I suggest you contact Liam at liamtoomey@merthyrtownfc.co.uk and he can use that address to send you back issues.

I will contact Liam regarding the issue !!!! The club as my email address and Liam as it he's emailed me on other issues perhaps I've not been added to his group mailing list ????

Yes - sent yesterday. Looking at the list of recipients, it clearly wasn't sent to all members, so I'm guessing there may be more than one group mailing list.

I had a look back at the 3.8.15 mailing, and that was sent to a different set of people (which I noticed did include Doug's name).

The one mailing in between 3.8.15 and yesterday was on 10.9.15 (at least that's when I received it).

Well I don't known were my minutes have ended up !!! they have not reached me , what I don't understand is how they've gone elsewhere, my email address is on both application forms I submitted for my membership \season ticket.???????

Check your 'spam' &/or 'junk' folders on your email software.
