Whilst not in any way condoning racism or racist behaviour, which I and I’m sure we all abhor, was struck by some of the proposed Ground Rules:

>>> “Please do not use rude, obscene, …, or abusive language or gestures that are likely to cause offence”
That would silenced the entire W**k Bank as far as I can see.

And

>>> "Ball games are not permitted around the ground while match is in progress".
For some of us who remember the grim old days, my lads kicking a football and hitting seven bells out of each other was the nearest we got to entertainment.

To be honest I usually stand on the w**k b**k and frequently hear people screaming some pretty questionable stuff. Never heard any racism but homophobia seems to go by unquestioned it seems. Always from people who are old enough to know better as well...
