Cnderford request
As there is no supporters' bus for Monday's Cinderford trip, would anyone like to give me a lift? (I will chip in with the required petrol money). I could be picked up at Merthyr or anywhere suitable.

Maybe for the old Merthyr Town, Tim, but I've only missed 2 home (bloody work) & 1 away game since we've become Merthyr Town, including friendlies so there may be some record there.
You're welcome to come with us but as we don't have a passenger seat in the back you'll have to sit on the floor with Wayne bashing you about. Interested?

Re: Cnderford request
Tx OS, I would be glad to avail myself of a lift............
I recall travelling in Maldwyn Davies' team minibus, sitting on a board linking the seats at the back, usually having a long chat with Cyril Hartson, John's son!!

11.45 @ Pentrebach House. I like to get there early as several pints before the game helps me drive home better!

Re: Cnderford request
Get Wanderin' in the car - can just hear the conversation now:
* I made good honest working class peoples lives a misery by squeezing every last penny out of them (Sherriff of Nottingham)
* Did you know I was a jernal.. jearn...., gernalis..., writer for the papers (Mr Rebekah Mary Brooks)
* Theres nothing like the thrill of evicting people from their home - especially before Christmas. Now whwre did I put that waxed, twirly moustache... (Warren William).
Sounds a blast!

If I was in the car at least we'd have a chance of dragging the average age to double digits (thanks to contributions from Mrs OS & Wayne!).
Probably not. Phew!
