Next Season
I've spent a bit of time having a look at next season's opposition - sad Old Sod, I know - as far as mileage & times are concerned and the distances from Sunny Pant & times are as follows -
Barnstaple - 148 miles - 2 hrs 53 mins
Bishops Sutton - 76 & 1 hr 45
Bitton - 67 & 1 hr 31
Brislington - 67 & 1 hr 30
Bristol Manor Farm - 59 & 1 hr 15
Corsham Town - 82 & 1 hr 48
Dawlish Town - 139 & 2 hr 45
Hallen - 62 & 1hr 25
Ilfracombe Town - 161 & 3 hr 20
Larkhall Athletic - 74 & 1 hr 37
Longwell Green Sports - 66 & 1 hr 29
Odd Down (Bath) - 83 & 1 hr 53
Radstock Town - 79 & 1 hr 53
Sherborne - 127 & 2 hr 36
Street - 96 & 1 hr 58
Wells City - 91 & 2 hr 4
Willand Rovers - 114 & 2 hr 13
Plus 1 from 3 (I assume)
Oldland Abbotonians - 66 & 1hr 31
Wellington - 105 & 2 hr 4
Bridport - 130 & 2 hr 47
Per Google Earth some of the grounds are a distinct improvement on this years with a lot more concrete although some look similar. Some look a little difficult to find and one of them is in a place called Midsomer Norton. I hope the local copper's name is not Barnaby

Re: Next Season
Larkhall not being promoted, then? (I've not paid much attention to what was going on in the Premier Division this season)
Re getting to Ilfracombe and Barnstaple, it's a pity they didn't go ahead with that ferry service across from Swansea that was proposed a year or two ago.

depending on the date of the fixture, the Dial M boys will be traveling by paddle steamer to Ilfracombe or Bristol Manor farm.

Yes Midsomer Norton has 2 clubs Welton Rovers and Radstock Town.Technically 2 separatly towns Midsomer Norton and Radstock are joined together, sadly Welton were relegated this season.

Could this be the bad news for Oldland? It's from the Dorset Gazette so it may be from their point of view - http://www.bridportnews.co.uk/sport/9006138.Dramatic_twist_in_promotion_quest/

Well, they're giving their angle on it, but reading it closely there doesn't seem to be anything that we hadn't already known - except that Bridport plan to appeal if necessary.
Seems as if Oldland will have to hand back the runners-up trophy if they're not promoted:
