DRAGONS UPDATE

The dragons travelled to Cardiff today Sunday the 7th April where the team took part in the first ever special Olympics football event held in south Wales the team went with a must win attitude
They played 4 games in total scoring 25 goals and only leaving 6 goals slip by
1st game race rovers 3 v Merthyr dragons 11
2nd game Merthyr dragons 2 v Cardiff 1
3rd game race rovers 1 v Merthyr dragons 8
4th game Merthyr dragons 4 v Cardiff 1
The whole team played well but special thanks must go to (captain) carwyn John and (goalkeeper) Ricky cross also carwyn John was named man of tournament by parents and helpers on the day
Next festival will be on Sunday the 21st in Cardiff
