Taunton race meeting called off due to snow on course

Tomorrow's horse racing at Taunton Racecourse has been called off.

The venue was under three inches of snow this morning and officials said that, even if the snow thawed, the course would be waterlogged.

Refunds for tickets bought directly from the racecourse will be made on production of the ticket. Refunds for tickets purchased on-line will automatically be processed.

Talking of burgers, I hear vegetable burgers have now been removed from Supermarket shelves, it's rumoured that they contain horseradish Razz

Lets face it: there isn't a snowball in hells/ L******l winning the league chance the game will be on. Why can't they do like the rest of the country and cancel now? The likes of the Blue Square league has cancelled in advance - why can't our league?
