SAD NEWS ON EX-PLAYERS DAY

David Jones, Neath, was among some of the former Merthyr players at today's reunion and said that unfortunately several were unable to attend. He also stated sad news about the death of Merthyr captain and later manager of Merthyr Tydfil, Doug Rosser, of Swansea. Doug was with Swansea and Crewe before joining The Martyrs.
