Six players missing for Merthyr. Jack Evans takes over as captain from Adam Davies.No Rhodes, Angel, Smerdon, Kieran Evans or Jemmett-Hutson either. Only four on bench. Manager Paul Michael has to name himself with Matthew Harris, Owen Brain, and development squad player Dylan Dinham. Merthyr have lost their last two games and Dorchester have not won in five matches. Merthyr press early - Yakubu and Bonthron go close. On 43 mins Frazer Thomas makes it 1-0. More chances for Merthyr after the break and Bonthron strikies the post. Brain replaces Bonthron 74 minutes. 87 mins Lewis Powell 2-0. Dylan Dinham on to make senior Merthyr debut

Another excellent away win with so many players missing
If we are to take promotion seriously next season can we arrange to have all our games played away from home

Dorchester v Merthyr
Merthyr assistant manager Andrew Smith praised the side, especially the back-four, and said Will Fuller in goal had little to do. He also thanked the travelling supporters for turning out. The team wanted to finish the season as high as they can, he added. They were looking ahead to next season and needed "one or two new players."
