Merthyr v Met Police
Merthyr 1 Met Police 2
Two poor goals conceded in the first 21 minutes. Merthyr pulled one back through Ricardo Rees.
Three home games in a row and just one point. Another good gate- 568- but another below par performance before the FA Cup First Round Proper game at Buxton on Saturday.

Yeah it’s going to be a massive task based on the last 3 games, our defence is poor and we are so disjointed.

Re Merthyr v Met Police
Injuries etc are always cited. How many players were Harrow, Dorchester and Met Police short of ? And Buxton yesterday? We don't know..

My understanding with the MET they have 4 players out injured atm.
I only know because my client is a met police supporter.
Also speaking to a Dorchester supporter they have a few injuries themselves

Re: Merthyr v Met Police
Tiverton had 5 players missing against Poole and had to field 2 youth team players and still recorded a 2-1 win. Harrow played 4 games in 10 days and only lost 1. So, we must not look at the current situation through rose tinted glasses. Every club, every season has to deal with injuries, suspensions and player unavailability. We’ve more or less had the same squad members since day one of this season, so it’s not that they’ve been thrown in the deep end, they should be eager to play. In my opinion and possibly stating the obvious, they are not suited for this league. With hope, next Saturday will see the return of a full and fit squad, which again hopefully, will bring rewards. If not, the management need to start sifting through the squad and make important decisions for our bread and butter games, the league. As I stated in a previous post, we’ve attracted nearly 200 more faces through the turnstiles and there’s only one way to keep them. Let’s not get stale again.

There were only 2 players missing on Saturday. Liam Angel and Jack Evans.
