U19s v Bryntirion (Sun 18th Sept)

The u19s ran out eventual winners overcoming Bryntirion 5-4 in the Welsh Youth League.

Goalscorers were Tom Spragg (2), Dan Richard, Ruben Pereira, and Lewis Hitchcock.

The Youth will next be in action in the FA Youth Cup on Wednesday evening against Cirencester; 7.30pm kick off @ Penydarren Park.

sounds hell of a game, is that the first league game of the season?

I couldn't get to Bryntirion today but I thoroughly enjoyed last weeks game against Afan Lido. It was a game we should have won but were beaten 3-2 largely as a result of 2 of the best free kicks you're ever likely to see. It seems today's game was equally as exiting and I would urge all supporters to watch the youth side whenever you can. You can almost guarantee a bit of exitement and some half decent goals. Hopefully me and Wayne can make it on Wednesday providing I'm allowed out after being in Cinderford the night before!
