Ballot papers for the upcoming board elections have now been sent out to all society members.

Ballot papers should be with you by the end of the weekend and you'll have until Saturday 28th February to submit your ballot.

Unfortunately when the nomination papers were issued a handful were placed in large envelopes, without the correct postage.
Once we realised we tried to retrieve the local ones from Merthyr Post office.
Apologies to those who had to pay excess postage, I will be happy to compensate you with a free cuppa and chips at the Taunton game.

Easily missed when your eyes are getting a bit old, Sol!  We are a democratic club mate - everybody must supply their own stamps unless of course you pass Salty's house and can post them sans stamp!

So to translate the above into proper names, am I correct that it means the following?

Meurig Price, Colin Bodenham and Richard Bennett have been re-elected to the Board.

Mark Evans has been elected.

Derek Dowling has not been re-elected.
