Wednesday Night Updates

Jason has moved in with Eva after the row with his brother. Tony has a big cooked breakfast at The Rovers, a smell which is greeted by Steve.
Steve is told that Peter has been badly beaten up and probably because he got on the wrong side of Jim. Liz tells Steve it was not his fault
Jim tells Peter in jail that Liz is coming to see him. Peter says"The thing is Jim in two weeks' time I will be home."
Michael makes a new appointment at the surgery. Gail says that if there is something wrong,the sooner he gets treatment the better. Michael says he might give up working on the ice-cream van.
Gail says he could still work at Street Cabs.
Todd tells Tony he had an interview but he didn't get the job but the firm didn't meet his aspirations.
Tony tells him to get away somewhere and gives him £50.Todd goes to the pub!
Neil is in Roy's Rolls having some food. Lloyd and his girlfriend enter and try to humour him as he is eating his moussaka.
Maddie helps Kirk to load up the van and sees Kevin, who has come back home after looking after his granddad. He sees Sally and Sophie.Kevin says he will check on Luke at the garage.
Liz visits Jim in the prison and asks"What did you do to Peter Barlow?" He denies doing anything and explains the drink situation at the jail, alcohol being hard to come by. She says"From now on, leave Peter alone."
Deidre and Ken are worried "sick" over Peter, says Liz.Jim says "You have got to do something for me!" END of PART ONE.

Any news of Walter Gabriel?

PART TWO: Neil orders another pot of tea and Lloyd introduces him to Kevin  who comes into the cafe. Neil says to Andrea he will be like a shadow to her and will not rest until she is "back where she belongs."
Jim says he wants regular visits from Liz and she says "No, absolutely  not." Jim asks "How would Ken and Deidre feel if Peter was beaten up again,just before his trial."
Jim says "I have lost everything, you, the kids, Amy..."
He said visits from her would give him something to hang on to..
Liz says "I will do it" but adds that nothing else must happen to Peter.
Michael says he regrets all the years he wasted not speaking to his family.
Sally notes something different about Kevin- he has grown a beard.
Kevin tells Tim"You have nothing to worry about me and Sally."
Todd buys a bottle of vodka in Todd's shop and he is told by Michael that Todd's mother is worried about him. Eileen comes in and tells Todd to "get home now."
Jim tells Peter he has called in a few favours."You won't get any trouble anymore." He tells Peter to ring Deidre and re-assure her!
Sean calls Todd a liar, cheat, arrogant, selfish and mean.
Jason calls in to get his "stuff." Eileen says Todd must "get out and pack his bag."
Deidre tells Steve Jim will leave Peter alone.
Todd leaves, slams the door. The End.
PS No mention of Walter Gabriel.

Mrs  Dale has enough to "worry about" with her husband...also called Jim.
Ena and Minnie are missing Martha!
