Tonights game at Mangotsfield v Didcot was abandoned just after half time following a very bad leg injury to Todd Winter of Mangotsfield . One report says it looks like a broken tib and fib and a possible dislocated ankle, it also says it took over an hour for the ambulance to arrive with the player still on the pitch unable to move.

Really sorry to hear that, and hope the lad makes a swift recovery.

A 50-50 challenge according to the Mangotsfield website.

I think the concern for injured Glen Howes (Poole Town) is that he is self-employed and therefore at present unable to work.

Sounds nasty! Wonder if there will be a video clip getting flown about?

Apparently Glen Howes is not self employed, he has something to do with managing of a local leisure centre.

Hope he has a speedy recovery, I think another player was also badly injured in the same game too..

Mangostsfield are a good club with good connections with Merthyr and many other clubs over the years, always sad to see any player at any club, at any level get injured, especially when they are career threatening, all thoughts should be with the player at this time and nothing else.
