Midfielder Lee Lucas,ex-Motherwell and Swansea, has left The Martyrs. the club website states.
He made 62 appearances in two seasons.He was offered a deal which he couldn't turn down, said disappointed manager Gavin Williams.
The club thank him for his time at Merthyr.

Yes, Lucas signed for Taunton after 64games and three goals for Merthyr.

Dissapointed that a team like Taunton who last week was struggling to keep players are able to take players from us .hope gavin has something in his magic box would not be in his shoes he has one hell of a job on his hands
