Merthyr Town Football Club are delighted to announce the signing of 21-year-old midfielder Jamie Bird.
Jamie Bird becomes Gavin Williams’ fourth summer signing ahead of the Martyrs' forthcoming campaign in the Southern League Premier.
Bird arrives at the club with experience of winning the Southern League Premier as he was crowned a league champion with Hereford United back in 2017/18.

It was also announced yesterday that we've re-signed goalkeeper Cameron Clarke. He re-joins us from Pontypridd Town. That's five new signings so far.
