Excellent. Shortest trip I''ve ever had to see the martyrs including when I still lived in Wales.

RE FA Trophy Draw
Glad someone's happy, seeing as its a nearly four hour trip to a team currently placed 5th in a league at the same level as us. Not what we needed.

Re: FA Trophy draw
They've got a near identical record to us, both home & away.
Home Away TOTAL
P W D L F A P W D L F A P W D L PTS
5. Lewes 5 1 2 2 10 10 7 5 1 1 10 3 12 6 3 3 21
8. Merthyr 5 1 2 2 9 10 6 4 1 1 14 6 11 5 3 3 18
Should be a close game, but I can see us winning by the odd goal.

Lewes! There's a blast from the past. I hope you cream them! Never liked them bac when they were buying their way through the leagues 10 years or so ago.

Got happy too soon, and failed to spot that even though the Martyrs are playing near my house, I'm in Antwerp saturday.
This season is beginning to p me off. Whenever there's a game within about 150 miles, I'm either working, or abroad.............

Lewes are a supporter-owned club. Just like us, and, I suspect, also feeling that there's a bit of a financial ceiling to being set up that way. They had one season in the conference (only), but have been a decent non-league team for years.
Crawley Town on the other hand..................
